Terms of Service
Last updated: August 18, 2026
These terms govern your use of the TOCO by Dr. Jyotika website and mobile app (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Educational use only — not medical advice
All content on the service is for educational and exam-preparation purposes for medical students and professionals. It is not medical advice and must not be used to diagnose or treat any patient. Always rely on current clinical guidelines, institutional protocols, and qualified supervision in practice.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 (and have the capacity to enter a contract) to use the service. It is intended for medical students and professionals.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Your access to content
Course content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the courses you're entitled to.
You may not copy, record, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share course materials, or circumvent any access controls.
All content is authored by Dr. Jyotika and remains her (or our) intellectual property.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access data that isn't yours, scrape or bulk-download content, or interfere with its operation or security.
Payments
Courses are sold as a single payment. There is no subscription, and nothing renews automatically.
The course page shows the price and how long access lasts before you pay.
Where access runs for a fixed period, the course stops opening in the app once that period ends, until you buy it again.
You can buy again from 7 days before your access ends. Renewing adds the new period to the time you have left rather than replacing it.
We may also grant complimentary access at our discretion.
See our refund policy for our billing terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the content is error-free or complete, or that the service will be uninterrupted. See the educational-use notice above.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any reliance on its content in clinical settings.
Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts there.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll update the date above and give notice of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
