Delete your account
You can delete your TOCO account yourself, at any time, from the app or this website. Deletion is immediate and can’t be undone.
In the TOCO app
Open the app and tap your profile icon at the top right.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Read what will be deleted, then tap Delete my account and confirm.
On this website
What’s deleted
Your profile and every way you sign in
Your progress, highlights, bookmarks and study plan
Your access to every course on this account, including ones you paid for
What’s kept
Payment records (amount, course, date and Razorpay reference), which tax law requires us to keep. They stay with no link to you. We keep them for as long as tax law requires.
Before you delete
Want a refund? Request it from your orders page first. Our refund policy explains the window.
Can’t sign in? Email jyotika.obgyn@gmail.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
